*READ CAREFULLY* Upon redemption you will be contacted via text message to complete a Request for Time Off (RTO) form through Job1USA’s onboarding system. This form is REQUIRED and you will not be paid until this form is completed. Please allow adequate notice (1-2 weeks) for intended day off to obtain approval and arrange for coverage in your absence. To redeem this reward, you must currently be on an assignment for Job1USA and longevity must be established - requesting vacation days at the end of a resignation notice is prohibited. Vacation days through the rewards program are not paid out in lieu of taking the day off work. One redemption will pay for 8 REGULAR hours of vacation time. If you work part-time shifts, you will be paid 4 hours of vacation time. If you are terminated or quit without notice within one week of your scheduled vacation, you will not be paid out the vacation time.
